| Abstract | A novel approach to the fabrication of poly(p-phenylene ethynylene) (PPE) brushes on oxidized silicon surfaces using ring-opening metathesis polymn. was demonstrated. Chem. bound 71-110 \AA thick PPE brushes were constrained from forming aggregates and gave higher emission quantum yields than spin-cast films. [on SciFinder(R)] |
